About Us

Qualified Instructors

Michael Amato is a Nidan in Kyokushin Karate and has been teaching Karate for 14 years.

Modern Studio

We practice at Legacy Jujitsu, a newly renovated dojo with three open spaces for classes, a boxing ring, punching bags, and strength training equipment.

The fundamental strikes, kicks, and blocks that make up the foundation of Karate.

Choreographed forms designed to mimic real world situations and applications of kihon.

Fighting, or spring allows for real world application of techniques.
